A Physics BS degree coupled with an Data Science and Analytics MS will give graduates a solid foundation in both science and statistics. Statistics and analytics are used in most fields to analyze everything from market
trends to equipment maintenance schedules, and the applications are growing. This highly marketable degree
combination will allow graduates to be competitive for a wide variety of jobs in business, finance, industry,
government, and health services.

Admission Requirements

Double Owl Admission Requirements 
  • 3.25 GPA in ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ coursework
  • A "C" or better in PHYS 3210, PHYS 3220, and PHYS 4210
  • 60 hours towards the bachelors degree

Double Counted Courses Include

  • STAT 7100 to count for Restricted Elective
  • STAT 7020 to count for Restricted Elective
  • STAT 7210 to count for Restricted Elective
