Career and Academic Opportunities

The pairing of Philosophy and Conflict Management allows Philosophy majors to apply the critical thinking skills and knowledge they gain in the undergraduate humanities major to a variety of real world contexts. Philosophy majors bring valuable theoretical knowledge as well as thinking and writing skills to the graduate program. The graduate program provides students with the foundations and skills in conflict management to find meaningful careers in a number of fields both in the private and public sectors.

Double Owl Admission Requirements 
  • 3.25 ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ GPA
  • 60 hours toward the bachelor's degree
  • 30 hours at ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ
Double Counted Courses Include
  • MSCM 7210 to count for Upper-Division Elective
  • MSCM 7220 to count for Upper-Division Elective
  • MSCM 7230 (1 credit hour) and MSCM 7205 (2 credit hours) to count for Upper-Division Elective
