Career and Academic Opportunities

This accelerated pathway will give students a unique preparation for advanced positions, such as project
manager, engineering manager, senior engineer, etc. According to the National Association of Colleges and
Employers, salaries for individuals holding a civil engineering master’s degree are more than 10 percent higher
than the average salary for engineers with only a bachelor’s degree. This pathway will allow a student to
complete their undergraduate and graduate studies within 5 years.
