Who Can Earn a Certificate?

The Department of Construction Management at Ƶ is proud to offer four construction management certificate programs!

A Certificate in Construction Management is really for anyone who is looking to keep up with industry trends, expand their knowledge and offer additional credibility to potential employers. Current Ƶ Construction Management students, Ƶ students whose major is not Construction Management, and non-degree seeking (non-traditional) students are all welcome to complete a Certificate Program.

How do I enroll in a Certificate Program?

Students who wish to enroll in a Construction Management Certificate Program should simply take the courses required for the program of their choosing. Please use the links below to view the current program requirements for the Certificate you're interested in and see your academic advisor if you have any questions. 

How do I declare a Certificate prior to graduation?

Once you’ve completed the courses required for your selected Certificate Program, please fill out a separate for the Certificate.

Certificates for Prospective Students

You do not need to be a degree-seeking student or possess a prior degree to enroll in a Construction Management Certificate Program at Ƶ. All of our Certificate Programs require just 18 credit hours and can potentially be completed in one year. Applicants with prior industry knowledge and experience may qualify for “prior learning assessment” credits that can be applied toward a Certificate Program.

How to Enroll

If you are not a current Ƶ student, you will need to apply and be accepted into Ƶ State University. On the application, choose "Certificate" in the "Degree Program" field.

Once accepted, you will be assigned an academic advisor who can assist you throughout the program.
