The Partners-in-Success Program was created to recognize organizations who provide significant support to the Department of Career Planning and Development (DCPD), and to increase visibility and maximize recruiting effectiveness on both Ƶ campuses.

We have 25 partners in our Partners-in-Success-Program: 5 Diamond, 10 Platinum, and 10 Gold. All partnership options require an annual (1-year) financial obligation. If there is a waiting list for the level(s) you would like, you can be placed on a waitlist at no fee and be notified when a slot becomes available.

From first right of refusal for events and admission to Job & Internship Fairs to basic advertising and promotion, there is a wide range of advantages. Browse the partnership options below and contact us if you have any questions. 

Diamond ($7,500)

Diamond Level Employer Partners will receive the highest level of advertising and promotional opportunities.

  • Registration and prime table location for 3 job fairs (in person or virtual) within two consecutive semesters (admission for up to 4 reps including parking) 
  • Recognition on Handshake platform within Student Job Fair Messaging 
  • Promotional handouts in attendee folders at 3 job fairs (of employer’s choice). Handout size limited to 8.5 x 11 in., print materials supplied by partner (up to 1000 copies) * Must be received no later than 2 weeks before the job fair 
  • Access to resume book of attendees for 3 job fairs  
  • Partner level Recognition on recruiter name badges when at the job fair. *
  • Partner Exclusive Access for 1 on campus tabling opportunity in the week before a job fair (of employer's choice)
  •  Logo Recognition on our department's website, job fair event guide and break area signage*, and on-campus advertising 
  • Year-Round recognition on “Partners in Success” displays located in the Career Planning and Development offices, on both campuses  
  • Company featured in 2 of the student newsletters (produced biweekly) and student targeted emails (include 2 highlighted job postings ahead of the career fair) 
  • Promotion within the employer newsletter (1 feature within your partnership period)  
  • 2 social media features on the Department of Career Planning and Development platforms  
  • Logo printed on t-shirts distributed to students at special events 
  • Partner Exclusive Access to participate at Job Fair Prep Events  
  • Partner Exclusive Access to table at Senior Cookout with up to 1,000 graduating seniors in attendance

Platinum ($5,000)

Platinum Level Employer Partners will have access to the opportunities included in this partnership package. The wide variety of benefits and opportunities are listed below:

Job Fair Add-ons

The Partnership Job Fair Add-ons provide more networking opportunities to promote your full-time, part-time, internship/co-op, and temporary/seasonal positions. The add-ons are in conjunction with your partnership level which also has an annual financial obligation. Select the add-on that best fits your recruiting demand.  
Note: DCPD job fairs only - excludes collaborated job fairs  

Partnership Unlimited: $3,000 - Unlimited job fairs  
Partnership plus 3: $1,500 - Any three job fairs  
Partnership Plus 2: $1,000 - Any two job fairs 

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

  • This opportunity will give one employer exclusive sponsorship at the job fair:

    • Registration and prime table location at the job fair (parking, admission, and lunch for up to 4 reps) 
    • Logo Recognition outside of the Employer Break Area and other areas at the Job Fair * ** 
    • Info Session/Spotlight (within 5 business days of the job fair) 
    • Access to resume book of attendees (of the fair for the sponsorship)
