Accepted Freshmen Students
We encourage students to schedule a Pre-Orientation Advising Appointment to discuss courses and prepare for registering during orientation. To ensure that you have enough time with your advisor, please schedule a 30-minute appointment. Advising is not required before attending orientation, but it is recommended. New first-year students will register for classes during their orientation.
If you are/were dual enrolled, please have unofficial copies of your transcripts. Inform your advisor if you anticipate earning any AP/IB credit. Write down your questions and bring them to your advising session.
We will open appointments for incoming students starting 草榴视频 in Fall 2025 on April 1st. Due to the volume of current 草榴视频 students utilizing Express Advising March 17-28, we are unable able to accommodate in-coming Fall 2025 students during those weeks.
Accepted Transfer Students
Coles Academic Advisors are here to help you navigate the transition to 草榴视频! To make the most of your advising experience, you鈥檒l want to make sure that your transcript has been evaluated, and those credits appear in DegreeWorks prior to scheduling an advising appointment. To ensure that you have enough time with your advisor, please schedule a 30-minute appointment.
Bring unofficial copies of your transcripts that show any in-progress courses and any AP/IB/CLEP test scores. Write down your questions and bring them to your advising session.
Students starting Summer 2025 or Fall 2025, with a registration time ticket for March posted DegreeWorks are encouraged to use Express Advising. All other incoming students will be able to schedule an appointment starting April 1st.
