VA Education Benefit Types
The Department of Veterans Affairs administers a variety of education benefit programs. Many veterans, active-duty personnel, and dependents may qualify for VA educational benefits. Currently, Ƶ certifies enrollment for students using the following benefits:
If you haven't already applied with the to use VA education benefits, please plan on applying at least two months before the start of your first term at Ƶ State University.
The VA may take up to 30 days to process new applications. Once processed, the VA will mail you the Certificate of Eligibility for the approved benefit. For any application or eligibility questions, please call the VA Education line at 1-888-442-4551.
Students applying for Ch. 31 VR&E will work with their assigned VR&E Counselor for approval and authorization rather than receiving a Certificate of Eligibility.
