LeadHER Women's Leadership Program
LeadHER is an 8-week leadership development program open to all who identify with
the broad definitions and experiences of womanhood, and who share in the mission to
support gender equity. Through interactive workshops, engaging discussions, self-reflection,
and mentorship from WRC staff, participants will gain insight into their personal
values, build key skills, explore critical gender equity issues, and practice community
responsibility. LeadHER also aims to help students address barriers common for women
in leadership - reporting bias and harassment, combating the confidence gap, challenging
imposter syndrome, and practicing self-advocacy.
